Our Recent Projects

ANZ – Cammeray Square

CMS completed the mechanical services fit out for ANZ at Cammeray Square, delivering works in accordance with the consultant engineer’s design documentation. The project included integration with the existing base building systems together with the supply and installation of new supplementary mechanical services tailored to suit the tenancy’s operational and architectural requirements.

10 Valentine Street

At 10 Valentine Street, CMS delivered a complete base building mechanical services upgrade, including the demolition and removal of the existing mechanical infrastructure and the supply and installation of a new mechanical system throughout the building. The project also included lobby and amenities upgrades, along with returning all commercial floors back to a new warm shell specification, with all works completed in accordance with the engineer’s specifications.

McMillan Shakespeare

CMS delivered the complete mechanical fit-out for McMillan Shakespeare’s Chatswood tenancy, including modifications and integration to the existing base building infrastructure. The works involved the installation of new mechanical systems designed to suit the unique tenancy layout and provide efficient servicing throughout the space.

Swaab

CMS successfully delivered the mechanical services installation across three floors for SWAAB at 20 Hunter Street. The project incorporated integration with existing base building systems alongside the supply and installation of new supplementary mechanical services to accommodate the tenancy’s bespoke fit-out design and operational requirements.
